The Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026, held from February 5th to 15th, was a spectacular showcase of automotive innovation. Amidst the excitement, Laukita Niaga Indonesia played a crucial role behind the scenes, ensuring that the distinguished guests of Bank Danamon enjoyed a premium culinary experience at their exclusive lounge.
Over the course of the 11-day event, Laukita successfully prepared and served over 350 trays of high-quality meals. Our mission was to provide comfort food that catered to diverse palates, combining the warmth of Indonesian heritage with international favorites to keep guests energized while exploring the exhibition.
A Menu That Bridges Cultures
To ensure a delightful dining experience, we curated a menu that balanced bold local flavors with classic comfort. The highlights included our signature Cumi Cabe Ijo (Green Chili Squid) for a spicy kick, authentic Nasi Goreng, and assorted Pastas like Spaghetti for those craving Western cuisine.
